WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS MEETING FOR WOMEN CELL
A third of all new businesses in Europe are created by women. Women own 38 per cent of small business in North America. It is calculated that the women owned enterprises growth rate in some of the developing countries is higher when compared to the developed countries. According to ILO Statistics, the growth rate is 24 per cent in 59 Malaysia, 30 per cent in Thailand, 36 per cent in Philippines and 42 per cent in Indonesia .In India, because of culture & traditions, women are supposed to perform household activities & take care of family because of these reasons women entrepreneurship is very low. But due to the widespread of education and social awareness during last three decades now women are showing interest in starting their own venture. Jabalpur Incubation Centre organized its first Meeting to establish a WOMEN ENTREPERENURE CELL .
